Potential Disciplinary Actions[edit | edit source]

Amount Action Days to fall off
first occurrence Written warning through a DM 5 days
second occurrence written/verbal warning through DM/VC and 8 hour mute 21 days
third occurrence formal warning with strike placed against user and 24 hour mute 90 days
fourth occurrence 2 week mute and recommendation for permeant ban 180 days

How Do Occurrences Work?[edit | edit source]

If an individual violates our 'No Offensive Language' policy and later breaches our 'Trolling' policy before their first violation has been cleared, they will be moved to the next level of disciplinary action. However, if both policies are violated during the same incident, it will be treated as a single offense, and they will remain at the first level of disciplinary action.

In some cases, based on the severity or frequency of the violations, we may escalate the user’s disciplinary status to a higher tier more quickly, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to maintain a respectful and positive community environment. Each situation will be evaluated carefully to determine the most fitting response.

How Can I Appeal A Decision?[edit | edit source]

If you disagree with the decision of a Community Manager, Moderator, or Administrator, you may appeal his decision by opening a Support ticket under the Dispute Administrative Action section (https://support.gtarealms.com) . If your account is currently inaccessible due to a Suspension or Ban, you may email appeals@gtarealms.com. Disputes must be filed within 6 months of when the decision took place.
