What Is The Joining Process?

GETTING STARTED

To obtain entry to our roleplay server, first visit https://gtarealms.com/portal and sign in with your discord login. Once you’re signed in either hover over the applications tab on the menu or click here and complete the one of the provided forms.

To view listings of availability refer to the newswire or review the application page. After your application has been submitted kindly allow a window of one to three days for our Level 1 Community Managers to thoroughly review your application.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

If your application aligns with our criteria, you’ll receive a response request prompting you to schedule an interview. During this interview, which typically spans between fifteen and thirty minutes, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with a Level 1 Community Manager through voice and chat. A moderator/or admin will be present as observers. Depending on the position a district manager(if exists) will be present. It’s encouraged to have a distraction free environment during the interview.

This session serves as a dynamic conversation to explore your interests, expectations, and suitability for our community.

ONBOARDING

Following the interview, if agreed upon that there’s a good fit, our team will seamlessly progress with your onboarding process. Please check your private messages and/or e-mail (including the spam folder) with an offer and welcome letter. This may take between one to three business days.
