Honor System

DISCLAIMER

All players are accountable for accurately and honestly reporting their times by utilizing the /Shift Clock command on Discord and connecting to Voice Channels, if applicable. GTA Realms maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards time theft, and disciplinary actions may be taken in response to any violations of this policy. Time theft occurs when players clock in when they’re not active in the discord server and/or in-game. Accidents happen. If you forgot to clock out using the /Shift Clock command submit a time adjustment request immediately or tag level 2 support.

Disciplinary Action Reference

1st Offense:	No disciplinary action taken against the player.
2nd Offense:	Written warning that must be signed by player and a citation issued (525 credits) that must be paid within thirty days.
3rd Offense:	Veral warning, written warning that must be signed by the player, a fee issued (up to one week’s pay that must be paid immediately, and possibility of temporary docked base pay.
4th Offense:	A fee issued (up to a month’s base pay) that must be paid immediately and base pay rate being decreased by 50% for sixty consecutive days.
5th Offense:	All money wiped from bank and wallet, base pay rate being decreased by 80% for one hundred and twenty consecutive days, and recommendation for removal from server.
6th Offense:	Removal from server.

Offenses will remain on a player’s record for a duration of three months. However, repeat offenders who demonstrate excessive misconduct may have their offenses stay on record for an undisclosed extended period.

INVESTIGATION PROCESS

Should we suspect instances of time theft, we will conduct a comprehensive investigation by referencing all time punches and activity logs recorded by Dyno. In addition to logs, we may employ various other tools at our disposal to ensure a thorough examination of the situation. We realize accidents happen hence it is vital to contact Level 3 Support immediately before action is taken against your account.
